Working with the guidance of FSU faculty and staff, a team of industrious and innovative students is the driving force that brings the conference to life each year. The student team consists of many levels of involvement, from student directors to general body membership.

In the fall, members recruit new student volunteers, and Steering Committee members are chosen in September. The Steering Committee is made up of the chairs of each conference working group, including Facilities & Logistics, Speakers & Coaches, Performers, Graphic Design & Branding, Attendance & Registration, Video & Technology, and Marketing.

In the fall, members recruit new student volunteers, oversee Steering Committee interviews and selection,  and organize regular meetings to begin planning the spring conference.

Applications for the 2021-2022 Executive Committee are currently closed.
